At 21, Sage landed her first job as a journalist for one of the largest media companies in the world. Within a year, she was being assigned to cover major news stories in the Middle East, Europe, and China. After 10 years of working in this role, she realized that most of the world’s problems stem from a lack of education. She committed to changing this by moving back to her home city and teaching at one of the most prestigious universities in the east coast.
